The funeral of Martin James will be held on 3rd August 10.30am – Langstone Vale crematorium: Magor Rd, Langstone, Newport, NP18 2BP 1pm – Celebration of life at St Edmund’s Church, Crickhowell, NP8 1BB. Wear what you are comfortable in. Splashes of colour welcomed. 2.30pm – Gathering at The Manor Hotel, Brecon Road, Crickhowell, NP8 1SE for refreshments.

BRF Centenary Celebration

In the picturesque surroundings of Dorchester Abbey, Oxfordshire, there was a rare opportunity for some of the Anna Chaplaincy team to meet in person and socialise with colleagues, friends and supporters. Platinum Jubilee Tea

The tea on 28th was a great success! Thank you to everyone who came to support us and a special thank you to those that dressed for the occasion. It made it feel pretty special. Lots of fellowship, fun and food and we raised £528.00 for church funds. We also received £100.00 donation so our treasurer has gone home very happy!

Foodbank Easter Collection

Brecon Food Bank have specified items they suggest for the Easter donation. I am suggesting that homegroups collect the items between them and make up the complete bag ready to be taken before Easter. Brecon Foodbank opened in July 2014. Since then we have given out 2701 food parcels. We have fed 6056 people, comprising 3801 adults and 2255 children. We have been given 80543.22kg food & toiletries and have given out 76996.97kg food & toiletries. In 2020 we gave out 716 food parcels. We fed 1850 people, comprising 1044 adults and 806 children.
