After a long gap we have met as a small mission group at St Ed’s and have pledged to hold a monthly prayer meeting for world mission. The meetings will start at 6pm and will be held in the Lady Chapel in St Edmunds Church. The format will be as follows – start with a focus on a particular work that St Edmunds Church support followed by a time of focused prayer for the work of that particular mission. There will be a time of general sharing of other mission related needs / issues from personal contacts etc followed by a time of prayer focussed on the issues shared. The meeting will be about one hour – aiming for those living in Crickhowell to be back home by 7.30pm! The first meeting will be held on July 3rd and will focus on the work of the Metropolitan Mission in South India. All are welcome to attend.
