Anthony has been a member of the congregation at St Edmund’s since the summer of 2011. He became People’s Warden in 2016 when Brenda, who is now Building Manager, stepped down. Anthony spent most of his working life within Local Government mainly as a Health and Safety Adviser whilst finishing as a Personal Administrative Assistant in the Careers Service. Anthony, as People’s Warden looks after much of the practical detail of the day-to-day running of the church.
Sue is the Rector’s warden and has the unenviable task of keeping the Rector in order.
Julian Stedman is the Lay Chair of the PCC, a position he has held since 2014. He has attended St. Edmund’s Church since 2003, having previously been a member of Baptist Churches in Lisvane (Cardiff) and Monmouth. He is committed to helping the church to develop a strong team structure and spirit to help ensure that the ministry and mission of the church are complemented with effective management of the fabric and finances.
